On this the seventeenth day of August, in the year 1999, I hereby dedicate this page to Nurgle, Lord of Decay. In time I hope that, with Nurgle's blessing, this single page will grow to envelop my whole site in it's bubbling caress. All hail Nurgle, Lord of the Warp!
Of all the Chaos Powers I find Nurgle to be the most interesting, as well as the most fun. Since the publication of 'Realm of Chaos: The Lost and the Damned' I've noticed that something got lost along the way. Something important. With all the rules changes and additions they've really downplayed the mythological aspects of the forces of Chaos. Sure there are still pieces of story and some beautiful artwork, but it's hard to grasp the feel of the game anymore.
Nurgle is not solely the Lord of Decay and Disease. He also represents the struggle of life against rot and entropy. And a joyous struggle it's meant to be. A Nurgle invasion and attack is meant to be a festive occasion. A time for celebration and partying amongst the forces of Nurgle.
